Laminate Floor Fitting in Rotherhithe

A two-bedroom flat in SE16 needed new flooring throughout. The brief was to lift the existing worn laminate in the hallway and living room, replace the boards in sections where the subfloor needed it, and then lay new laminate throughout. We also fitted beading and trimmed the internal doors to clear the new floor height.

The job was on the first floor of a converted warehouse building — good access, solid concrete subfloor in most areas. The new laminate was laid floating with an acoustic underlay.
